Scope of work:
Stage One – identifying and shortlisting leads
- ● Planning: after a kick-off workshop with you, a data capture template will be created in Microsoft Excel to reflect your requirements of the Chinese partner.
- ● Desk research: this will be based on the public as well as limited-access data sources. In-scope companies would be identified and basic data on each one recorded.
- ● Contacting: after approaching each identified company, specific names and contact details in each organisation would be added to the data capture template.
- ● Interim finding and calibration: all data gathered would be reviewed with the client and any calibration of research direction agreed.
Stage Two – Qualifying and connecting you with potential partners
- ● Localising your credentials deck for the Chinese audience
- ● Approaching up to 10 leads identified from Stage One
- ● Introducing your company on your behalf, gathering detailed information on each lead
- ● Establishing whether the companies would be interested in an introductory call or video meeting with you
- ● Preparing an overview on each shortlisted company, and analysis to compare each of these leads
- ● Formal introductions to connect you with up to five shortlisted companies to enable you to have a formal discussion for the partnership
Deliverables:
- A written report in either Microsoft Word or PPT, summarising methodology and findings, with our recommendations.
- A Microsoft Excel file with the list of leads, with data fields to include:
- ● Company name, website, address
- ● Company business scope
- ● Company size: turnover, and (where available) other metrics, eg. number of employees
- ● Previous and current international partners
- ● Contact name(s), title(s) and department(s), email(s) / telephone details
Deliverables
- Typically completed within 6 to 8 weeks
- Introductions to warmed leads
- A written report with detailed leads data
