Marketing and Growth Manager

Full time, hybrid is a reputable UK based business service firm with a focus on Chinese and Asian markets. The company is headquartered in Cambridge with extensive service network covering China and Southeast Asia. 

The Marketing and Growth Manager (B2B) owns the execution of marketing and growth plan across our business segments. You will immerse in a vibrant entrepreneurial environment and enjoy the opportunities to learn different aspects of our business for career development. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand the addressable market and the clients’ needs to improve commercial effectiveness through research, targeting, and forecasting trends 
  • Own the plan to target, identify and qualify ideal profiles
  • Identify opportunities across the funnel, and coordinate the plan to address 
  • Create valuable content and strategic insights which are sector leading and engage prospects
  • Schedule content calendar across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, website, newsletter, etc)
  • Develop presentations and provide support where needed on winning new business opportunities, customer onboarding and account management
  • Work closely with senior management team to organise events and liaise with partners on marketing
  • Act as a point of contact between commercial team and sector consultants 

Essential skills:

  • Strong experience of B2B marketing and lead generation, or BD and sales
  • Work experience in consulting, business services, or technology
  • Experience creating meaningful insights and analyses for commercial team
  • Excellent English copywriting skills
  • Good mastering of design tools and CRM
  • Highly organised and proactive with muti-tasking skills 
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively
  • Have the ability to change direction quickly and lead through changes
  • Strong communication skills with positive and can-do attitude
  • Work well as a focused individual as well as within a team


  • Market knowledge of China or Asia 
  • Understanding of export/trade or technology licensing
